Seira Wilson on February 01, 2017

MarkBittman225Mark Bittman's How to Cook Everything books have become a mainstay in our kitchens, and last year he added How to Bake Everything to the list.  Ten years ago vegetarian cooking was not what it is today, and Bittman broke new ground for home cooks with How to Cook Vegetarian (it also won the IACP award).  Fast forward to present day and Bittman has given How to Cook Everything Vegetarian a tenth anniversary makeover. Color photos! Vegan recipes!  Beverages!

When Mark Bittman isn't writing about food he does find time to read--he'll even try a book his kids recommend, as you'll see in his picks below.  Look here for more celebrity favorites.
