2019 Harvey Award winners for the best in comics

The Harvey Awards—named for Harvey Kurtzman, who launched MAD magazine in 1952—celebrated their 31st anniversary with a gala awards ceremony over the weekend during New York Comic Con, one of the biggest pop culture fan conventions in the U.S.

In addition to announcing the winners below, the Harvey Awards also inducted Mike Mignola and Alison Bechdel into the Hall of Fame.
